Fees, Payment options and Cancellation policy


TUITION FEES

The training consists of three training years: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Tuition fees are paid annually. 

The tuition fee for each year includes:

  • Two 6-day modules of presential training with a faculty member approved by Somatic Experiencing International.
  • An assistant team to support your learning during presential training days especially during small group practice. We aim for a high ratio of assistants, typically it is 1 assistants to 4 participants.
  • The official SE study manual ("SE manual") approved by Somatic Experiencing International
  • Slides and eventual other study material provided by the trainer  

The cost of the 2026-2028 training per year is 2600€ + 25,5% VAT.  

Register by December 14, 2025 to unlock our Early Bird Discount. Save 15% on the course fee of the first year (2026).


PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND OPTIONS

For the first year (2026):

  • Registration fee (600€ + 25,5% VAT) is payable together with the training application. Your application will only be processed after the registration fee has been paid. If your application is not accepted, we will refund the registration fee in full 
  • 2nd installment (Module 1) (1000€ + 25,5% VAT) to be paid by 17 February 2026
  • 3rd installment (Module 2) (1000€ + 25,5% VAT each) to be paid by 7 July 2026.

If you wish to pay Module 1 and 2 all in one installment, please mention it in your application. 

Early Bird Discount: 

  • Registration fee €510 (instead of €600) + 25,5% VAT to be paid by 14 December 2025.
  • Module 1 €850 (instead of €1000) + 25,5% VAT to be paid by 17 February 2026
  • Module 2 €850 (instead of €1000) + 25,5% VAT to be paid by 7 July 2026


For subsequent years of the training, payments will be made in two installments.


CANCELLATION POLICY

In all cases of participant cancellation, the organizer will retain the registration fee.  

If the participant cancels their participation no later than 90 days before the start date of the first module, the full amount will be refunded (except the registration fee). 

If the participant cancels no later than 60 days before the start date of the first module, 50% of the amount paid will be returned (except the registration fee). After this date, no refunds will be made, unless there is a force majeure (accident or sudden illness) confirmed by a medical certificate. 

If the training must be cancelled by the organizer, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the amount paid will be refunded in full. However, the organizer is not responsible for any expenses that may have been caused by cancellations of transportation, hotels, etc. Your travel insurance may cover such expenses.
